A Productive Day Building The Ray Code

Today was a productive day working on The Ray Code platform.

The morning began with Bible study and a two-mile walk while listening to language lessons. I often think of it as “walking to the well,” much like people did in biblical times while reflecting and preparing for the day ahead.

Later in the day I focused on improving the structure of my website. I finished setting up the Journal section and cleaned up the navigation so that the site now clearly separates learning content from articles and updates.

Another important task today was fixing the audio setup for recording. After some troubleshooting I confirmed that my HyperX SoloCast microphone is working correctly with Audacity again. This is important because clear audio is essential for creating the design pattern lessons and videos for students.

Progress like this may seem small, but every step brings The Ray Code closer to becoming a structured learning platform for studying software design patterns across multiple programming languages.

Tomorrow the work continues.
